Our Camp Philosophy

Brookly Summer Camps at the JCH is more than a place where children learn how to swim and enjoy arts and crafts – it's a safe environment where they can form lifelong friendships, shape their identities and build character. That’s why we’ve offered it for nearly 90 years!

We offer these programs to meet our community's diverse needs and ages:

Yeladim Summer Camp for ages 2-4 - caring teachers encourage young children to grow & thrive in a nurturing environment. Daily swimming lessons, gymnastics & Friday musical Shabbat are some of the highlights of this camp. Breakfast and a hot lunch are provided daily.

Chalutzim Summer camp for k – 4 - we bring the outdoors to you - campers participate in a wide range of recreational activities at a spacious campground. NEW for Camp 2018: Archery and Krav Maga specialties. This camp begins their travels to places like hands-on museums and amusement parks, such as Sesame Place (for K-2nd grades) and a Hershey Park overnight trip (for 3rd-4th grades).

Tzofim Summer camp – 5-6th grades - Tzofim campers are introduced to new activities filled with adventure, skill building and exploration. The program balances sports league competitions, swimming and specialty track electives with day trips to local attractions, theater, and amusement parks as well as overnights, including a stay at Club Getaway, CT.

Haverim Summer camp 7-9th grades - Haverim offers a calendar of exciting day and overnight trips and a variety of activities geared specifically for teenagers. Day trips to a wide range of destinations include amusement and water parks, museums, special events and beaches. Each session, campers go on an overnight to places like Connecticut, Washington DC, or Boston
