ACTIVITIES

2025 Schedule

Weekly Travel

A journey throughout New York City and neighboring cities are full of adventure and memorable experiences. Haverim travel program includes water parks, zoos, museums, outdoor adventure courses, rock climbing and lakefront activities.

Jewish Values and Israeli Culture

Each Friday, campers enjoy a peer lead, exciting, and immersive Shabbat experience. A performance, a game, a spiritual journey – each week is different and is facilitated by our Madrich team. Our Israeli emissaries – schlichim– will visit each group and help bring a feeling of what it means to be a part of a global Jewish community to each camper.

Social Action and Volunteering

Teens participate in community service projects throughout the summer, which help teach how to give back to our community and explore what it means to be a part of the Jewish community.

FOOD IN CAMP

Marks JCH provides daily kosher lunch and 2 snacks. Yeladim also receives breakfast upon arrival. You can find a sample menu here. For children who prefer to bring their own food, a camp cooler is available. Please note that Marks JCH camp is peanut-aware but is NOT nut-free.
